ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WNSQ609 - MASSACHUSETTS, COMMONWEALTH OF

UMass Amherst police might be on 453.40 per this FCC license - (there are several portable radio freqs also included on this license)

Best to program all into your radio.

UMass Amherst PD is on the LTR trunk. UMass Lowell PD used to use the 453.4000 for PD but it is not a P25 freq, and it is their secondary frequency.
