What frequencies do you have plugged in as there are many licenses assigned to them. It appears to me that one of the licenses are listed as MOTOTRBO.

I'm fairly certain that they use MOTOTRBO Modulation. I was in CMed the other day, and the security radios sounded digital, but not normal P25. From the little MOTOTRBO I have heard, I believe that LGH Security is indeed MOTOTRBO.

mototrbo CANNOT BE MONITORED. if you download the dsd software then you may be able to. you have to connect your scanner to your PC and run the software to listen to it.

KB1UAM - Stop contradicting yourself.

a.) MotorTrbo - Yes can not be Monitored with a Scanner Alone

b.) There is software that in conjunction with a PC and the Scanner will decode the various Digital Audio Formats. Look for the topic here at RR in the threads and the wiki under DSD

Digital Speech Decoder (software package)

Depending on the age of your scanner and the various directions this may require openning up your scanner and making a modification, not so with many of the newer scanners. If you are not comfortable with a soldering iron - then don't And don't drop it - the magic Genie will escape
