Default New Bedford Police Fire EMS feed

While listening to this feed on the app "scanner radio" it is always a digital signal which is unreadable.there also appears to be some kind open carrier or something to that effect. Is there anyway to get a hold of the provider and notify him? I know he must not have the scanner programmed correctly? I know he doesn't have the NAC code enabled.

NAC is not needed to Decode a Frequency, it sounds more like it is an analog scanner listening to a P25 frequency

You could always try posting in one of the two live feed forums instead of this one. You'll probably get a faster response.

When I'm listening I do hear voice when they are speaking in digital. Every other transmission you get the really bad static like its not decoding the p25 signal.
