Default Drill on 800mhz on MEMA South

Right now there is some sort of drill going on. Does anyone know what kind of drill? They are giving what sounds like coordinates.

I just added it here. As I recall for a period of time only MEMA-E or MEMA-W was in use and as such it may have been removed from the RR Database.
