Default Boston Marathon

Does anyone know what special channels the state police are going to be using the day of the marathon? I am going to be best the start line and it would be interesting to hear them.

Generally Nothing Special. The MSP has typically (for many many years) used the SOPS, LPS and Events channels for everything from Bus Escorts to Elite Runners etc

Due to the Volume of traffic generated, not all TG's appear on All Zones.
Zone 1, 5, 8 and the 700 Overlay would be the best options for monitoring.
