Regarding your addition of Mol Communications and Electronics System Updated (Updated General Trunked System Information) for Luzerne County, IFAIK Talkgroup 001180 Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) is the only talkgroup on LCN01, and the other 2 frequencies are conventional and not trunkied. It has been this way for a couple of years at least, and I have no idea why only one user, but I think it is questionialble to list this MOL as an LTR system. I'd be glad to converse with the person who submitted this.
