i was reading in one of your early posts that you had a few HT 1000's that you were either going to have programed or that you were going to program. Where do you get it done? I have an old one that is in the 450 or 460 band i would like to have redone.

When I click on the Pro-106 social group topic that you posted today, what I see is something from Stormchaser dated June 18. Maybe it's just me, but perhaps when you have time try clicking on it and see what you get.

Hi I was a member of the last ' LOST' group, I am ' alien55, I joined just as you were putting up the first group, There were lots of folks that got the new 106 at the great $ 299.99 price. How do I get back on with your group? and how do I get my Avatar on the group, Thanks Dave from Minnesota.

Kevin, it is Jim in Gainesville. I am able to pull in Marion County's system but am not having any luck with the City of Ocala's system. What are the control channel frequencies that are being used for the Ocala system?

Greetings fellow PRO-106 owners... and welcome to the new home on the PRO-106 owners social group. My name is Kevin, and I was the creator of the Radioshack PRO-106 Owners Group social page here on RadioReference... (a public social group)

I was excited to become a Radioreference premium subscriber quite some ago, and I had started a 106 owners social group a few months back when I made the purchase of one of these incredible hand-held scanners. In my honest opinion, "Incredible" is an understatement !

A short time ago, I learned that our original 106 owners social group was no longer working, and non accessible... RR admin attempted repairs, but nothing seemed to fix the bug... so, I decided to start this new group. Lets keep our fingers crossed, in hopes that this new group will gain as much popularity as the previous group. I do have access to the former membership list, and you will be happy to know that leading up to our group site crash, we were almost at 100 members... in fact, we were at a total social group membership of 91 members and to be honest, I would love to see each and every original member return, so I am using the former membership list to bring to your attention our newly formed PRO-106 group. Its a public group, and ALL are welcome... I hope to corrospond with all of you soon. Please enjoy the new site, and feel free to post your model's serial number for fun !
