Since I live in DeKalb, I'm determined to get as many of the new talk groups as I can. 6241 is Decatur PD Dispatch 6246 is Decatur Fire Dispatch. I'll spend a couple hours a day using the ARC396 Pro software to track the new system. I'm within a couple miles of two of DeKalb's Fire stations. 6230 is Traffic Engineering.

I know what you are talking about with the new DeKalb digital system. I'm getting 4 or 5 bars with both 396's as well as my new GRE 500. Cobb County is a little too far away for me to hear it on a consistent basis. I do hope that DeKalb will use their new system as the old system sounds horrible at times.
