Some airports use their on-site repeaters/systems for TSA comms. The majority will use the 11 channels assigned to the TSA. Basically, they consist of two frequencies 172.1500/Simplex - Analog or P25C, P or E. 172.9000/169.3000 is primarily P25.

166.8250 has little or no activity that I receive. 173.5000 P25E, P and/or rarely C is Philadelphia FBI Central (A-05). 166.8250 is simplex. However, it has been confirmed to be related to PHL A-06. Exchanging analog C and DES traffic. Unsure if duplex, link or not.

If you have any ideas send me a e-mail and I will check it out for you. I know 166.8250 PL167.9 is Philadelphia field Office but no on e really wants it published, its also mostly in the clear.
I only have a 97 and can't do the P25 stuff, also looking to see what the TSA is using at LVIA if you have any ideas? Couldn't really see the radio that well. I know LVIA Police F-1 use "Check Points" as call letters once in awhile.

Last know comm with Allentown FBI was from a former colleague in New York. NY FIO1 was calling Allentown RA abount a month ago. Most likely P25C and P. Have been doing a search as time permits. Suspect they are in the 170-173 range. They may be contacting PHL Central because I will get a very strong signal from Allentown, much weaker from PHL. P25E.
