Default Warren Trunked system

Is any one else having a problem picking up the Warren Special Opps? I just get broken transmisions. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks

They're encrypted. You can't listen to them. (not breaking news, though...)

That really sucks, Is there any other scanners besides the pro-96 that will get around this?

No, you cannot monitor encryption. Think about it - why would cops encrypt their stuff if you could just buy a new scanner to hear?

And it's still not breaking news
