I just heard on my scanner that the Michigan State Police are closing down I-94 westbound due to Accidents & slideoffs between Miles Markers 46 & 52 Westbound

I'm beginning to think Michigan could save millions of dollars every year if they just closed all the freeways all Winter! It seems every Winter people forget how to drive.
