Does anyone know where I can find the frequency that Michigan State Police run on in the Grand Rapids, Rockford, and Kent County Area?
Also which Ottawa County frequency does Marne use?

in the database under mpscs the 2 control towers in kent co show up as 868.8625 and 868.9375 not sure on ottawa co marine patrol i know hear in macomb co they are dispatch by sheriff so they may be on ottawa sheriff main channel

Most of the MSP is dispatched through the MPSCS, although other cars are dispatched through local sheriff's department such as Washtenaw. You will need to have a scanner capable of receiving digital communications. Here are the freqs. for the closest towers in Kent Co.

Then you would need to program in the talk group ID's for MSP District #6.

In some of the counties, MSP cars are dispatched by the counties they serve. Some of those counties operate on the MPSCS, some don't. It would not be unusual to hear an MSP car on your county sheriff frequency. That might not be true in Kent County, since it's a little bit more built up, but in many of the more rural counties, it would not be unusual.

All traffic IE Plates & Files and complaint number information for MSP in Kent County is ran through Stations 60 D6S Dispatch under MSP District 6

MSP in Kent Co. is mostly on REGD6S on the MPSCS. They do monitor and are also dispatched by KCSD on North 155.010 and GRPD North 155.790. They have the ability to communicate with Walker on 153.845 and Wyoming/Grandville on 155.520. When on these channels they are identified as "State 60xx" or "State 61xx".

Marne (Wright Township) cars in Ottawa Co. on 154.785. They are "75xx" units and are also shared with Blendon and Allendale townships.

Yes I listen to Dist 6 South Dispatch(60 dispatch), and most units in the G.R. have radios that will pick up GRPD, Kent County, Walker and surrounding freq.

They are in Ottawa County and I am not sure if they are South or North Dispatch and are in the database
