It's a talkgroup for the command officers to talk on, which uses voice encryption. This talkgroup is only in a select few radios.

Check the talkgroups list - if you see an "E" it is encrypted.

Just something to remember guys.....

I dont know if anyone else has heard anything on that talkgroup, but I have not......we do not know for sure if that talkgroup is ENCRYPTED. As of right now I only know one talkgroup for sure that will be ENCRYPTED, and that is the SRT Talkgroup. It is is very very possible that it will be encrypted, but it is just a command talkgroup, I dont see any real reason for it to be.

***UPDATE***
Just got an update from the source, the only one that will be ENCRYPTED will be SRT. But as everyone knows, The COMMAND talkgroup will have the ability to flip the switch if the need arises!
