Default Ionia County Going 800?

Hi There! I hear that Ionia county is going to 800 in a year or two! Will that mean I wont be able to recive them anymore on my Pro=2016 scanner? How about a digital scanner? Need input. Thanks Michiganscanman

FWIW, there was a Public Safety meeting last weds about the 800 mhz radios.
Fortunately, we're not primarily a Ionia County Dept, so if we get one, it'll just be a mobile for our EMS rig.
Cant keep guys from tearing up 500 dollar radios, all we need is 3000 dollar ones...ugh
