I am having alot of trouble programming the Consumers Energy frequencies in my Pro 95 Scanner. WEll anything EDACS im having trouble with.

Can someone help me please?

You may have to figure out the LCN order on the frequencies for the site you're trying to listen to. I had to do that for the Ludington Tower when I was up there last year.
