try palco electronics on eureca rd east of I 75 they sell scanners I BET THEY CAN PROGRAM THEM

what kind of scanner do you have? You will need a Digital Trunking capable scanner.
I live in Riverview and 701 is hard to pick up (waiting for some better weather to get my outdoor antenna up) but MPSCS has tower 205 in Flat Rock that covers most of Monroe county and half of Wane that is east to get.
