im getting trunked system 19A on 792.3125
any ideas?

Most likely an image. Repeaters in the 700MHz band would be in the 762-764 range.

Edit: Confirmed using Pro96Com, the decoded data shows the control channel on 853.4875, so this is an image.

I get the same thing sometimes I get a image of a freq in the 700mhz range and will get the sound while on manual but it will not trunk and pro96com or unitrunker will not get any data

I press FUNC-TUNE to move the frequency into tune mode, which will do the decode and send the data out the PC/IF port.
