Macomb MPSCS talkgroup question

Hi, I cannot seem to receive anything from the listed clinton twp pd talkgroup. All other macomb MPSCS talkgroups work fine but clinton twp just is not there. Does anyone know why??

By my understanding, Clinton Twp hasn't moved to the MPSCS yet due to funding issues. I hear them on their UHF frequency though.

clinton twp pd is still on 460.325 they have not made the switch to mpscs
