Yea, almost everything over here is MPSCS (digital system) but you can still program in the VHF frequencies. The county uses 154.370 for dispatch but you will only hear the dispatch side of the conversation. Program in Port Huron's frequency 154.415 to hear the county units replying back to dispatch, you can still hear Port Huron fire also. If anyone goes to an ops channel then you will need a digital scanner. Last night Port Huron had a house fire and when requested by a responding mutual aid department to go to an ops channel they didn't want to, so the entire call was heard on 154.415. I believe the 154.415 frequency is the VHF patch to the MPSCS but still very active, hope that helps you out.
