Does anyone know the freq for Rapid Response EMS?? How do they communicate?? Any info about

this EMS provider would be good.

Rapid Response EMS is a newer provider. They operate out of Redford,MI and offer ALS,BLS, and

NEV services. I am not sure what cities they run in, I tried to search for listings in the database but

without success. They have a website if you would like to check them out, rrems.com

I thought maybe some of the Metro Detroit EMS guys would have some info about RREMS.

Rapid Response uses Nextels like we do at Medic One.

Medic One uses Nextel?? When I was working there they had VHF radios. When did they switch to Nextel?

Spring of 2008. I don't like it because you cant "spy" of other crews and find out who are dispatches favorites. It is nice on nights though, we don't get woken up for every little thing.
