Default Unknown user on 460.525

Last week I was receiving traffic that was not police. 90% of the traffic was someone calling a person by name and telling him/her to call a four digit phone number. From the remaining traffic it sounded like a maintenance frequency. It was very active. I listened between 4:00 pm & 11:00 pm. I heard nothing last weekend and only a few transmissions at the beginning of this week.
The signal was not that strong as it would be covered by Novi PD.
I found nothing in the RR database, in MI, OH, IN and Ontario, that would suggest anything.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Russ

The cities of South Lyon, East Lansing and Novi are licensed on that freq, according to the FCC database. Also Hudsonville Schools.

The only radio that was able pick this up was my ICOM R7000.
This was not police or municipal traffic. It sounded more like a business.

I hear fire toneouts for some Oakland County township on 460.525 (i cant remember which township) while i listen to novi police, but ive heard multiple toneouts in the past, and they announce the township name after the tone. But yea, skip was going, it could very well be a business band

Since 460.525 is licensed for public safety use in the USA.It could be a Canadian frequency.
The Windsor Ford plant and General Motors both use trunked frequencies in the 460.XXX range.
