Who is this using this frequency

Starting late last fall I was searching around, and copied this repeater. I have been listening to it on and off. It is a excavating company. the repeater frequency is 153.275, and the input to it is on 160.335. The repeater and input are both using a pl tone of 100.0 . I checked the FCC database ,and checked on here. with no luck. The nearest transmiter to me is Amway in Kent county. They have mention places in Newaygo county , as well some in Muskegon county. Couple weeks ago they went to Peterson Farms which is in Oceana county , and today they were near 136th St and Jackson in Oceana County. Also mentioned Crystal Valley Tavern. Anyone know this is , or where this repeater is located ? I think their office is located somewhere in Oceana county. Thanks in advance for any info you are able to pass along.
