Clare Co. ID's

Just programed my new 396XT for P25 Clare Co. freqs so I could listen in on my local Co. Sheriff.

Holy cow! Transmissions overload! I have figured out ID 3279 is for Clare Co. Sheriff, but I am hearing what sounds like 5-8 different policing agencies, including Michigan State Police. As well, I am hearing some ( what sound like ) DNR Fire stations.

Can someone please direct me to a listing of who's ID's are what for my County?

Are you referring to the .pdf files that you have to subscribe, in order to receive ( under the "Reports" tab )?

I have been to that link, It does not give me who's " ID " is who's. As I stated, I figured out Clare co. Sheriff is ID 3297. Nothing on that link you provided has that ID number, anywhere I could see.

Under the "Reports" tab on the left of that linked page, there are some .pdf files available for D/Ling, for paid subscribers only. I dont mind paying the $30, if it has the specific information I am looking for.

It lists Clare County (18) Talkgroups

If you are sure its 3297 summit a change request. Someone may have inverted the numbers
The info in the database comes from user. You and me and its the only way we know how to get these ID's

The report will be the same but in PDF format.

3279 is clare county 3279 is also clare but i haven't heard it enough to determine if it is city LEIN or a common chanel

And yes, I have heard Clare Co on ID 3279, but 99% of transmission has been on 3297.

Now to figure out how to tag these ID's and I'l be set for a day.

3279 is the talkgroup that central dispatch uses to dispatch both CCSD and Clare PD.

I've seen a talkgroup (13036) that appears to belong to Clare PD, but have not been able to verify that yet.

Sorry i was trying to hurry as my wife was pushing me out the door. I have 3279 As Clare county pd 911 3297 as Clare LEIN or city or common. I don't hear that one enough to be able to determin other than the radio id's are clare county.
Some others that may be of intrest to you.
3280 possible county fire. (have only heard surrey twp fire)
3301 fire or ems
Hopefully you will be able to determine who they are!

I'm receiving 3279 as much as 3297 now. I am getting Lein search, equally on both.

I have noticed 3301 also, and here it communicate with Central Disbatch, but no idea what it is yet. I "think" its fire, as I heard a radio "check-in" as available.

I have gotten a couple 5 digit ID's today:
13034
13036

I couldnt tell what it was.

13036 = 313P911 Clare Police

13034 might be Clare PD also. Both ID's were within the same 30 secs of when I heard them.

Not that hard. Some have been hearing it and reporting it. Then someone confimed it and updated the database yesterday with 13036.

There are some new ones entered in today.

How do you know when and whats updated? Check scroll through the list daily?

And there is no Harrison PD. There is only Clare Co. Sheriff.

Add an alert to your homepage, or if you aren't a RR paying member then just click the "whats new" link every few days.

Could they be contracted to provide service to Harrison? Most SO contract to incorporated areas.
That would assign them to Harrison?

The Clare Co Sheriff office and Clare Co. Jail is based in Harrison. They service Harrison and the rest of the county. The only city police in Clare county that I know of is Clare and Frost Twp. has their own Sheriff, but is a retire Clare Sherifff and he uses the Clare Sheriff radio/disbatch. Farwell might have their own city cops, but I'm not sure.
