Possible federal p25 system in Battle Creek

I was doing a limit scan through the federal 400 range in Battle Creek and I picked up some P25 traffic on 408.200. I did some research and found that Federal Protective Services uses that frequency in Detroit but I could not find anything for Battle Creek. I have heard clear and encrypted traffic as well as a Morse id. I did not catch anything that identifies it in the clear. I did hear someone ask to have a Lieutenant come out. Can anyone help me identify this?

ok a little update. I just heard a roll call for the federal center here in battle creek. sounds like they are using 5 george unit IDs. I think this may be the security for the fed center. If anyone knows any more fed center frequencies I would appreciate

I live in Barry county and have been able to hear some of the traffic but also noticed sounds of a EDAC trunk system as well. I have heard the EDAC data sounds.
