Angry Offline Feeds
Why is it, anytime I would like to listen to a feed it is offline. Who makes the decision if the feed is offline or not. Any answers would be great.

Feeds go offline when the person providing the feed takes the scanner offline or has some sort of connection problem (computer crash, power failure, ISP problem, etc.)
