New Radio Towers on 696

I have been wondering what the new Radio Towers that have been erected along 696 are for? On is at Grosebeck and 696 and the other is at the 696-75 Interchange. I apologize if this is a repeat question but I have not found anything in the fourms on it.

They are MDOT towers. Looks like they are replacing the others that are in the same areas.
