Wink Need help in St. Clair Shores

Living in the south end of the city I am having difficulty picking up St. Clair Shores Police and Fire services. Since they went digital my radio rarely stops on them. I pickup surrounding comminties but no SCS. Does anyone have a control freq and other IDs that I could try.Any suggestions.
Thanks

I have the same issue here in south Warren bad reception of macomb towers no matter the location of the radio.( pro 106) Now i do have better luck with the Detroit tower but still miss out on some calls.I do have a 800meg antenna I move the radio around change settings no luck .If I take a ride in the car i get up around 14 mile I get great reception with the macomb tower . But try DETROIT cc 868.725 and see if it helps Iam sure someone will have some good pointers

Which surrounding communities are you hearing? If you hear Eastpointe and Roseville then I would think you are getting the control channel for Macomb County.
Do you have these talk groups programmed into your scanner? Which model scanner are you using?

Here are the SCS T/G's

2875 Police - Dispatch Law Dispatch
2890 Fire - Dispatch Fire Dispatch
2929 Police - Traffic Division Law Talk
2930 Citywide Common Interop
2931 Emergency Scene 1 (All Radios) Interop
2932 Police - Criminal Investigations Division Law Talk

I do pickup Eastpointe and Roseville. Seems like when scanner stops on a freq, it jumps off quickly while there is still activity. I doesnt let channel traffic finish. Priorities are all off. St.Clair Shores is the most severe. Using Uniden 996xt.
