Moving to Muskegon

I will be moving to Muskegon in about a month. I am coming from Utah where we have developed a great scanning group. I hope that there is something available out there. I also am looking for advice as to how and program my scanner as well. I have a Pro-106 so should be good with most any system. i will be interested also in Coast Guard and shipping since we have none of that here.

I am all settled in North Muskegon. I have not actually programmed anything just been in search mode. Anyone have a setup for win97, or for win500 that i could get and look over? I am not sure what all i want to monitor as there are many new things in this area to me.
