165.2375 heard near Lansing (DHS National Main?)

At about 1730hrs on Friday 9-11 I heard 165.2375 NAC301. I was near Lansing and the traffic seemed to be a lost or missing child BOL. This is listed in the data base as Dept of Homeland Security national main. I am not in Lansing as much as I used to be but I have never heard any thing on this Freq. before (Lansing or elsewhere). Is anyone aware of this freq being used and by which agency?

301 is the Common Customs NAC

It's a primary ICE channel, but lots of other federal agencies (inside & outside of DHS) have an MOU with ICE to use it.
