I've heard Coast Guard quite a bit on MPSCS, and they're also on the Marine channels 16 (156.800), 22 (157.100), 23 (157.150), and a few others that I can't really remember.,

Boy, I'm gonna suggest something, and then dont have the answer....flog me now....
Also look for the SW freqs. Nothing was cooler than about 10 years or so ago listening to a search and rescue off of nantucket on shortwave.
The 'base' was out of the gulf somewhere, where the planes were flying out of.
Eventually he was rescued by a passing freight ship, that had gone off course to help out. 40 foot waves, night..storms... it was pretty neat.

Go to http://wunclub.com and they have a data base w/ all the CG Freq's...I've got the list of their VHF Motorola "LANT" freq's...I will try to list them later, but most are encrypted freq's.

I'm not sure if CG has an MPSCS TG dedicated specifically to them, but they might.

I have heard them on Berrien County North and South Dispatch, TG's 3255 and 3109, respectively.

I've also heard them on Berrien's LEIN TG's running watercraft reg's and possible OUI operators.
