is that washtenaw county sheriff on 2191 or are they still on their own 800 mhz system?

They have their own Motorola type 2 system, the 2191 was a simlcast on the MPSCS.

2191= 81 P 911(This is a MPSCS talkgroup) Every Sheriff's department in the state has this talkgroup(county number will change though-81=washtenaw county) and label(may not be active but it is either there or available) and sometimes it is patched to Washtenaw County Sheriff's main dispatch(47472 on the AATRS) You will only hear the cars on it and not dispatch. It is also used to patch MSP to the Counties main channel in the event of a large situation.
