OK- not quite clear enough. Where are you getting this info? I have checked the
database on this site and find three sets of numbers that I have attached. Two being listed as site 701 and the other lists -Simulcast, Penobscot and 9999Iris.

868.725 is listed as red for control. So I need to know exactly what numbers to plug in to the bank to get the talk groups. Currently I have all the numbers in list A plugged in but I was told that you only need the control numbers plugged in.

Clarification would be appreciated.

Use what is in the database TODAY TOWER 701 on the state system TOWER 209 no longer exists - THE OLD DETROIT SYSTEM NO LONGER EXISTS.
What you are showing is old.
This is the header for what you are showing
This page will be depreciated once the new simulcast system comes online. All future talkgroup submissions should be made to the main MPSCS page.

Thank you!

Radio Reference Staff
The Simulcast is online.
868.725 is the current CC.

seamusg-

I apologize for being dense. The header about the "page being depreciated" pertains to attachment B and C. Attachment A is the Tower 701 that you speak of and does contain
the 868.725 main control channel. As I posted- I have that database plugged in. Are you refering to another "TODAY TOWER 701" list?

And the second part of my question was not answered. Do you need to plug in all 30 frequencies of that data base or can I simply plug in the (4) blue and (1) red frequencies listed as control channels? If there is something I am missing- please be specific.

Thanks

Andy

Plug in these Freqs to the bank you want to listen to Detroit.

868.72500
867.07500
868.53750
868.93750

Now input the Talkgorup ID's into the ID bank for what you want to hear. Example 8239 which is Fire Dispatch. That should get you going.

You do not need all 30 freqs. Just the Red and Blue highlighted ones. The scanner will do the rest to keep it simple.
