Harrison Twp FD

How is Harrison Twp being dispatched ? Is Harrison Twp still on the county fire net? What's their primary Dispatch frequency and PL? Where is the Dispatch being made from? (I was assuming it was the county but is now a private dispatch like medstar or universal macomb?)
Im picking up some traffic on the County Fire net 154.130 with multiple PL's that i dont recognize (165.5 / 192.8 / 136.5) but the conversation is full of static so I cant tell who they belong to. Im feeling left out here. Please help.

154.2800, unless you are about three miles from Harrison though you will not hear them

Thats what I thought. But it really doesnt make any sense. As far as I know the Sherrif dispatches for fire....so how do they notify HFD from headquarters?

The sherriff rings the stations via a hot line in both stations, then depending on what area the call is in the station that stays in quarters is the one that dispatches.

155.955 is new disp for harrison in the data base

That is not HTFD Dispatch it is still 154.28
