AEP

AEP's system has not been 'monitor able' for some time now.
All of their system assigned frequencies (Benton Harbor/Berrien)
all have 'data' on them. Does not trunk, can't under those conditions.
No traffic of any-kind? Anyone have an insight as to what is going on?

FYI: They apparently have switched over to the Open Sky System. That really stinks!

Not Open Sky, they are using Kenwood NEXEDGE.

With all due respect to Timothy the AEP system would appear to be Open Sky. One of their workers apparently stated the same thing. Posted Open Sky elsewhere on this site as well. Niles PD, however, did go to Nexedge. Just FYI...
