Question Bay County Road Com.

I have checked the database and the frequency listed is the one that I have programed in but for the past few years I haven't heard any traffic on there.
Have they changed to a different frequency?

They got all new MotoTrbo mobiles last year, but they still are analog on their old VHF freq.

They just don't talk very often.

I knew of 150.995 just the way the response was that they might be listenable on that one. Read in between the lines too deeply hehe.

They do have a talkgroup channel on the bay county digital system, but I have been told they are not going to join it as of now.

The link for bay county and the road commission - http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=1235

No scanner made today can decode mototrbo, all you would get is this sound - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltUQc-5MTWE
