Multiple Freq's from multiple towers same back?

Can I put the control channel and 1-2 Alt frequencies from mulitiple towers in the same bank? Do I have to put a VHF frequencey in between each tower frequencies? If yes can I use the same VHF Freq. between each of the 800 Frequencies?. Scanner to be used is PRO96. I would add TG numbers and maybe scan in the open mode.
