Default Clinton County PS EDACS LCN's ??

Hi I am newbie. Just got a Uniden BCD396T. Trying to setup EDCS system for Clinton County MI. Selected wide band. Entered the frequencies found here in RR for Clinton County Public Safety. When scanner asks for LCN's I am a bit lost. Where are the LCN's for the listed fequencies located ? Are they the numbers listed in lower left of each cell in the table of frequencies i.e. 01, 02, etc ? I realize that Clinton Cty Public Saftey uses ProVoice, thus unscannable from what I read...but they also use analog. Any help is aprreciated.

There are some changes coming in the future to the Clinton County TRS. They are planning to add two more sites in the southern part of the county near DeWitt. This is being done to mostly improve handheld radio reception and interoperability with Ingham County. Hopefully, they will not add more ProVoice talkgroups to the system, but it would be very easy for them to do so.
