Default Online chat session

If anyone is interested in an online chat session, check out this thread. May be a good way to get the word out whenever something breaking is happening on the scanner:

RSS is another excellent way.

I recommend wTicker - free and very customizable.

How dangerous would it be for us to just disclose our IM handles?

That would open people up for spam. If they just use an IRC program or the add on for Firefox, that would reduce or eliminate the threat of unwanted messages.

For those of you running Peekko, there is a new version available. To download, click tools, extensions, find updates.

Released 0.2.5 January 23, 2006: Rejoice for color and font size preferences have been added. Also French localization was added.

Version 0.3.1
New Stuff

Added button to show the most popular channels
Added Dutch localization
Fixed international suffixes (e.g., #google.com.au)

The popular channel button may be a great way to bring new people into RR. There is a dropdown menu that lists the most used channels on the network.
