Ingham EDACS - BC296D & 396D

Hello - I remember seeing a post about this a while ago but I think it was removed. I have the new Ingham Co. EDACS system programmed in as "Wide" with the Activity ID and I-Call features turned on. Is this how you are able to see the talkgroup IDs? Sometimes I'll glance over at the scanner and see the control channel change and then an ID will quickly appear and then disappear. Still have not heard any chit-chat though.

There's minimal talk on Service 1, once last week I heard Service 2 in use.

So I have the system programmed correctly then - the I-Call and Activity ID features enabled?
