Default Police enforce seat belt use in Fraser
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office, Fraser Department of Public Safety and Michigan State Police Richmond Post will set up seat belt enforcement zones from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday on northbound Hayes and 14 Mile in Fraser. Law enforcement officers will also be looking for drunken drivers.

I think you mean MSP Oak Park Post #21 not Richmond.

The Richmond Post area stops at Hall Road or 20 Mile...
