TG2332 Heard today

Hi folks... I was in Sarnia today and I was hearing a fair bit of chatter on TG 2332 off the Richmond tower... sounded PD related, but I don't see it listed in the database. Anyone know who this one belongs to?

If it's known it would be in the database - might help if you can describe some of the locations referred to / unit numbers / etc.

It sounds like the Building Dept from New Baltimore or Chesterfield Twp. They talk about permits and C of O's.,but never give a good enough location to tell which.
