Any idea what this is it's killing Canton & Northville (and others).

Any ideas?

C heck that..think it may be "Emergency Mgmt. - EAS Alerting/Sirens" at 155.2650, thoughts/comments/confirmation?

Tones gone, maybe a test, all is well now.

Hmmm, could it be C.E.M.S. ??? They are on 155.265 and have a pretty potent transmitter.
