Did his job well, with the beating dispatchers have been takeing that is good. Been a lot of negative reports on the news reference to the few bad apples that dont do there job correctly, Its good to see some good news for a change. These people are proffesionals and shouldnt get a black eye over a few bad apples in the bunch........hoser147

You don't see a lot of good news in the paper, but this article was in The Detroit News, The Macomb Daily and the Oakland Press.

That's awesome!! Great job!!! It is nice to hear something positive for a change...911 operators do an amazing job everyday, but you only seem to hear about the negative...but I guess that's true with anything.
