last night at about 12.00 i heard detroit ems dispatch on tower 202.

Last night, I also heard 8219, but off tower 207. I suspect that the weather conditions played a part in some rather interesting propagation last night. Likewise, I was hearing one of the Detroit PD talkgroups off the Flat Rock tower.
