SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER SEMINARS
2006 Schedule of Events
The Detroit/Pontiac National Weather Service, along with Southeast Michigan's emergency managers and law enforcement, will offer
free training seminars for those who wish to participate in this years volunteer severe weather spotter program. This years program will offer basic and advanced techniques to become an effective volunteer spotter through an interactive presentation that will last approximately 2 1/2 hours. (We have combined the Basic and Advanced classes into one class). Below is the
current schedule as of March 3rd, 2006. However, advanced registration may be required so we encourage you to please
contact the emergency manager in the county you wish to receive this valuable training. We look forward to seeing you soon!
