If you are looking for frequencies in a certain area, please, check the RR Database. There's a link on the top of this page to take you there. By doing so, it will save everyone a lot of headaches in the future.

Michigan's MPSCS system uses 100 percent, APCO-25 digital modulation. There are some encrypted talkgroups on the system. Likewise, you WILL need a Digital-capable scanner to monitor the system. Moreover, for those that are unsure of the 'type' for programming a BCD396T or similar scanner, The MPSCS is in P-25 mode.
