Can anyone hear Windsor from Mich?

Can anyone pick up Windsor? From how far out and with what scanner/antenna?

I can hear the Windsor City TRS, especially in the months without any foliage on the trees. Likewise, I can also monitor the Bell Fleetnet TRS from the Essex site all the time. However, Windsor does have plans to migrate to a full Project 25 TRS down the road. This will greatly alter the range of their system into Michigan.

I live in Windsor,in and have heard rumors about this change. Any idea when and if it is going to be APCO 25 with encryption? Also we can start this thread in the Eastern Ontario section.
