Hearing TG 3646. So far all is encrypted.
Radio Ids show state agencies are using it.
Haven't been able to id it yet.
Since looking at the MPSCS database, it could be district 5 fugitive apprehension team.
3645 district 3 fugitive apprehension team
3646?
3647 district 6 fugitive apprehension team
Anyone else know?

What are now known as I-CALL & I-TAC's 1-4 will be rebanded to the following channels (the frequencies are all 15 Mhz lower than the existing channels):

8CALL90 - 851.0125
8TAC91 - 851.5125
8TAC92 - 852.0125
8TAC93 - 852.5125
8TAC94 - 853.0125

The above represents the repeater outputs which are also used as the simplex (direct) channels.

October Update:

Lapeer Co. - 6 Site Simulcast in progress, will go live in December.

City of Flint - joining MPSCS with consolettes. Long term goal is to upgrade existing consoles and connect to the MPSCS.

Genesee Co. - upgrading consoles to MCC7500 IP consoles and added two channels to increase the Grade of Service.

Oakland Co. - installed a MCC7500 console for interoperability, went live in July.

Conference of Eastern Wayne (CEW) - Add a 6 channel site and moved to MPSCS in October.

Wayne Co. - replacing fiber link to the master site with a microwave in December.

Marquette/MSP - will be installing MCC7500’s.

Site 2102 in Lakeville is on track to be the first MPSCS site to contain 2 - 700 MHz voice channels. This channel will not only provide the necessary capacity to accommodate the welcomed addition of Lapeer County, but also clears the path for the future growth and service of MPSCS users.

1924 - LEIN on DImondale tower

It was station 10 and unit 1297, may not have been LEIN after all since after he did the check he asked for a wrecker and reported one in custody.

Event 29 is being used as the radio checks for newly rebanded radios.
Not much more heard than constant 'radio check'
I did hear someone saying who is this and reply was, this channel is been set aside for rebanding radios. All sorts of radio id's.

These are State Police radio ID's for the Eaton County area.

Thanks, that confirms it's training at the secondary complex.

Yep the 123 shows it as 1 for the zone area and 23 for county number. Thats the number in the database next to the name of the county in parenthesis just above each list of talkgroups..

I heard that RID on several others on similar talkgroups a few weeks ago testing. They sound like some sort of FAT. I have not been able to ID them better than that. They tested a few other talkgroups as well.

6351 Hear this one active quite a bit with that RID looking for people.

Also mentioned a car to car channel, but from their description it sounds like it was simplex.

The RIDS match the county, but the traffic sounded more like patrol type.

"802 to 803 on 800" Guessing that might mean they use another radio system to communicate?

EVENT36 getting a lot of special RIDS from riot response troops at the Capitol, they are coming in from Flint & Lapeer (and more.)

Hearing a lot of traffic on Event36 for the demonstration of today's Right-to-Work legislation. The talkgroup is almost constant with traffic right now as they are limiting access to the Capital.
