Anyone know why Sterling Heights has been on 460.2 today?

No Idea but I don't see them in the MPSCS Database at all.

I was trying to figure out what they were on

They have been using F1 (460.475) for Sterling Fest and the rest of their traffic on F2 (460.2).

Sterling Hgts is not on MPSCS yet.
F1 -460.475
F2- 460.2 ( Also Utica)

Its due to "Sterling Fest". They use Utica's freq, (also S.H. backup) to keep radio traffic seperate.
