Default Military frequency

Every so often when the F-16s based at Selfridge depart and have been in the air for a while, I hear one of the pilots say, "Switch local channel 20." Anyone know what the frequency for "local channel 20" is?

I'm pretty sure a lot of these planes have 20-channel radios programmed for UHF air band and usually all the planes in that area have the same channels programmed.
